1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jili15 ("jili15," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jili15 website located at https://jili15.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the jili15 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. • You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jili15 Platform or any affiliated platform.

jili15 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) jili15 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your jili15 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. jili15 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili15 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jili15 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. jili15 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

jili15 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jili15 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jili15 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your jili15 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• jili15 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within approximately 5 minutes after approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• jili15 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

jili15 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jili15 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jili15 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• jili15 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage, or other abusive strategies will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jili15 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout, is the exclusive property of jili15 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jili15 Platform without prior written consent from jili15.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jili15 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jili15's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili15 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jili15 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jili15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
